Terms and Conditions
General
All payments are by internet banking only. No credit card or Paypal available. Currency is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and all prices include GST. No credit facility is extended to individuals or clubs, payment in full must be received before the order can be dispatched.
Shipping
When you place an order, the shipping will be calculated and charged in the shopping cart based on standard courier rates, packaging and processing.
Returns and Replacement Policy
Mightyfist New Zealand guarantees our products to be free from defects. Should you find a problem with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days for immediate replacement.
If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please email us at within 5 days of receiving your order. Please specify your reason for return or exchange requirements.
- All items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be received by Mightyfist New Zealand within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned in secure, waterproof packaging. We recommend using a track and trace method of return as we cannot take responsibility for misplaced packages.
- When received, we will inspect your item/s and email you accordingly.
- Please note: you will need to pay for the return delivery charge. If you require an exchange, a further delivery charge will apply.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected from your use of the website is held in accordance with the requirements of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

We will not contact you to discuss a product or service unless you have expressly requested that contact. Mightyfist New Zealand takes care to ensure that it adheres to the provisions of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and will only collect and use information from you on this website in accordance with the Act and the Privacy Act 1993.
We will not under any circumstances release, sell, publish, or give away personal information to any other person or organisation unless required by law or subject to the consent of the information supplier. Information obtained from website users may be collated and used for statistical purposes, but will not identify the user in any way.
We will not collect from you any sensitive information relating to the prohibited grounds of discrimination set out in the Human Rights 1993 (namely, sex, marital status, religious or ethical belief, colour, race, ethnic or national origins, disability, age, political opinion, employment or family status, sexual orientation), other than with your express consent or where collection is either authorised by law or is reasonably necessary to enforce the law or to establish or defend a legal claim.
